Eligibility
If you are a regular full-time employee of Bracalente Manufacturing Group, you are eligible to participate in the benefits program on the first of the month following your 30th day of employment. As a new hire, you have the option to enroll yourself and/or your eligible dependents in our benefits program. If you do not enroll within 30 days of your initial eligibility period, you will not have an opportunity to do so until the next open enrollment period.

Coverage will end for medical, dental, and vision at the end of the month due to termination or resignation. Life and disability insurance will end at midnight on the day of termination or resignation.

If you don’t enroll by the date when your benefits will go into effect, you will not have the opportunity to do so until the next open enrollment period, unless you have a Qualifying Life Event.​

Eligible dependents include:

Your legal spouse – if your spouse is offered medical coverage by their employer, they are not eligible for coverage under the Bracalente plan.

Your children up to age 26. Only those dependents who meet the eligibility requirements can enroll for coverage.
